Operating the Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter, # 34278156 (2,000 watts) is not a question of what size battery do you need for the inverter but what amount of energy do you need for your task. The inverter will change stored DC energy to an AC type for operating alternating current appliances. How long do you need to, or want to be prepared to operate from a battery is what should be determined.
A Go Power Lithium RV Battery such as # 34282738 is 12V and 100AH. 480W at 12VDC is 40 amps. This battery will operate your pellet stove at 480 Watts for a little over an hour.
The above listed inverter that you linked to much greater than needed to simply operate a pellet stove. I suggest something smaller such as the Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter, # 34279947 that is 700 Watts. Or if you do not need a pure sine wave inverter, the Go Power Heavy-Duty Modified Sine Wave Inverter, # 34280176 would be a great price point option. This is a 1,000 Watt modified sine wave inverter, modified sine wave technology is perfect for appliances with resistive loads like heaters.
