We do have a nice selection of bungee cords and tie-down straps, if you already have a spot where you can anchor them. Personally, I prefer tie-down straps with ratchets. For example, the Erickson Ratchet Tie-Down Straps w Flat Hooks - 2" x 27' - 3,300 lbs - Qty 2, part # EM78527-MS2, which are rated for 3,300 lbs, can secure your rolling tool chest. These straps are 27' long, but we have straps like this in varying lengths. I will include a weblink to our selections below.

You can also add an e-track to your enclosed trailer. Adding something like this, etrailer Horizontal E-Track - Galvanized Steel - 2,000 lbs - 5' Long, part # e45VR, will provide you with plenty of tie down spots. Then you can use e-track straps, like part # EM09160. which is more secure than the aforementioned bungee cords or tie-down straps.

I have included product description links, video review links, and weblinks to e-track rails, e-track straps, and tie-down straps below.
