If you're talking about where to install the base rails for the Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R20 Slider - Dual Jaw - 20,000lbs # C16541 you'll want to refer to the instructions included with your base rails. If you have the # C16441-204 rails that we recommend with the # C16541 for your vehicle then I have the instructions attached below for you and I've included a diagram (pictured below) from the instructions. You'll also need to determine the correct hitch head height to ensure you have 6" of space between the nose of the RV and the top of your F-150's bedrails.

To determine the height your hitch head you will need to be set at you'll need to measure the height from the ground to the floor of your 2013 Ford F-150's bed and subtract it from the height from the ground to the king pin plate while the camper is level. The difference between those numbers is what your hitch height needs to be to ride level but you'll also want to ensure you have that 6" clearance between the truck and trailer. The # C16541 has a hitch height adjustment of 17-1/2" - 21-1/2".

For example if your bed height was 40" and the king pin plate was 55" (once leveled) you would need to set your hitch at 15".
