Hopkins HM50002 Smart Hitch Backup Camera Showing Blue Screen

I just received this system and hooked it up. Immediately had the blue screen. Everything else works.

The blue screen indicates that the monitor is getting power, but isn't receiving input from the camera.
You'll want to review the linked installation instructions to make sure the system was correctly installed. You'll also want to check the wiring connection to ensure that there isn't anything loose or that nothing has become disconnected.
