Recommended Roof Rack For A 2022 Jeep Cherokee With Factory Black Roof Rails

I need to get a roof rack set up for my new 2022 Jeep Cherokee. It has black rails on the roof already that came from the factory, but no crossbars. I am going to put the Thule Motion XT TH629706 box up there and need something that can accommodate it. I won't be using this all the time though, so if there is an option that can be removed easily, I would prefer that.

If you are going to be using the Thule Motion XT Cargo Box # TH629706, which is a very nice box, on the roof of your 2022 Jeep Cherokee, you are definitely going to need some crossbars. For this, I recommend going with the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA126B-2 and SX Series Legs # RRSX100. Not only will these be more cost effective than some other big name brands, they will give you 49" of usable crossbar width and will max out your 150 pound roof capacity. These take very little time to get installed and taken off as they will clamp to those factory bars you already have. Plus a black roof rack on black factory rails is always a nice looking set up.
