Recommended Weight Distribution System For a 2022 Grand Design Imagine 2910BH Travel Trailer
Question:
Do I need to have a weight distribution hitch with my 2022 Grand Design Imagine 2910BH if I am using my 2022 Ford F-150 to pull it?

I highly recommend using a Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37120ET with your 2022 Grand Design Imagine 2910BH. This will help ensure that your 2022 Ford F-150 remains level and with the addition of sway control keeps the trailer tracking straight down the highway. This system is rated for a tongue weight of 800-1,200lbs and maximum trailer weight of 12,000lbs. Your Imagine has a dry tongue weight of 720lbs which will easily increase to over 800lbs when the dealer adds the 60lbs of propane and 40lb battery and box.
If your F-150 sags from the tongue weight it will reduce your braking and also makes steering feel light. The weight distribution can be adjusted to level your truck while you are towing.
You will need a 1-7/8" 12pt Thin Walled Socket # ALL643216 to install the included 2-5/16" hitch ball.
