All of the hitch receivers for the 2019 Honda Pilot block the lift gate sensor. This is a problem Honda has addressed by offering a sensor relocate kit. You have to go through Honda to get the kit. The Curt Trailer Hitch item # C13146 you were looking at is a confirmed fit for your 2019 Honda Pilot.
