I see your hitches say not confirmed to fit the XSE 2022 Toyota Highlander. Do you have a hitch that is confirmed to fit my vehicle?

Yes, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e75ZR will fit both your 2022 Toyota Highlander XSE and other trims as well including Hybrids. If you have a spare tire that is on a wheel larger than 18" this receiver will not allow you to keep that spare tire mounted below your vehicle.
I recommend installing the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK99FR when you install the receiver. This will be easier to access the wiring under your Highlander before the receiver is installed. This will allow you to connect to the wiring on most small trailers or use Auxiliary Lights # C53201 with any hitch mounted accessory that blocks the clear view of your tail lights on your Highlander. A Mounting Bracket # 18144 can be used to secure the 4-way under your vehicle near the receiver.
