Yes, you can flat tow a 2021 Jeep Wrangler with a SmittyBilt Atlas front bumper. You're going to need the Blue Ox Aftermarket Off-Road Bumper Adapter - 7/8" Pin item # BX88357. The Blue Ox off-road bumper adapter was designed specifically for aftermarket bumpers to be flat towed. It works great with the Blue Ox Avail Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 10,000 lbs item # BX7420.
Other components you will need for flat towing your Jeep Wrangler are:
Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit item # RM-15267
Blue Ox Patriot Radio Frequency, Portable Braking System - Proportional item # BLU37TR
