As far as the video that you mentioned, the reason why we do not have flush rails pictured in the demonstration video is because that particular setup is actually a different rack that is designed to fit raised factory rails. The parts that you have (previously listed) are designed specially for fixed mounting points on your flush rails.

With the Inno square bar system, you will be able to transport up to 140 pounds on your roof rack. However, as with all roof racks, I recommend confirming with your vehicle's owner's manual to make sure your roof can handle that much weight.
