For a great hitch on your 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 with OEM prep, I recommend the B&W Companion # BWRVK3710 (20k) or # BWRVK3715 (25k). Both of these hitches come with 1-inch dual jaws for a quieter connection to the kingpin than slide-jaw competitors. As far as installation, the Companion simply drops right into the factory pucks in your truck's bed. It does not need any additional rail adapter to complete the installation process.
