Yes, the B&W Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch for Ford Super Duty Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 20,000lbs # BWRVK3300 as well as the higher capacity model # BWRVK3305 will fit in your 2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty's puck system even though you have a bed liner. You may just need to trim the bed liner around the pucks to get the feet of the hitch to fully drop into the pucks.
