Tire Pressure Monitoring System for 14 Tire Truck and Trailer Set Up w/ Signal Booster

Question:

I have a 40 foot fifth wheel that has dual axles and dual wheels on each axle it is a heavy unit at 20,000 pounds . from the center of the rear axle on the trailer to the dash on my 2007 Dodge ram dually is 38 feet I saw where you suggested a TM -A1A -4 for monitor system for a guy that had a 35 foot trailer although I believe that unit would give me the distance I need to monitor my tires will it do duall tires on both trailer axles? I’d like to do a 14 tire system since I have eight on my trailer and six on my truck what do you suggest ? How is the customer support and warranty on this product if I would have issues with it?

Thanks for the picture! That's a nice set up you have. I'm not sure if the TM-A1A-4 system you referenced is equipped to handle duals because it is an inactive part on our website now. The product has been discontinued by the manufacturer. I have a great option for you that will work with dual tires, has the requested range capabilites, and is expandable to accommodate your 14 tire system. It is the TireMinder A1AS TPMS for RVs and Trailers w/ Signal Booster item # TM79FR. The TPMS monitors your tire pressure and temperature and uses Bluetooth to wirelessly send updates. The TireMinder system comes with a Rhino repeater to boost signal. This repeater helps improve signal strength and range of the sensors. It has dual Hi-Db antennas that let the booster cut through signal interference coming from wireless electronic devices used in surrounding automobiles. It also ensures that the link from the sensors to the monitor is strong and continuous. You will want to install the booster under your trailer using the provided zip ties as outlined in the installation instructions. You will need a 12V power source. This system comes with 10 sensors but is expandable up to 22. You will need the Brass Tire Sensors for TireMinder TPMS item # TM-2Brass. They are sold in pairs. This system has a 3-Year warranty.
