I have a 2022 Toyota Rav4 with flush rails on the roof. I need a roof rack that is compatible with the Thule Hullavator that I use for my kayaks. Can you recommend which roof rack is going to wok for me?

This will provide you with everything needed for a roof rack on your Rav4 that has the necessary 4"-8" of extension past the mount feet needed for the Hullavator.
You can add the Yakima Same Key System (SKS) Lock Cores # Y07204 to lock your roof rack to the roof of your Rav4.
