For your 2021 Ram ProMaster 2500 I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13295. This trailer hitch receiver is a bolt on design that will mount to between the frame and rear bumper using the same holes as your bumper to avoid the driver's side grounding nut that has been a common problem with other hitches.
