The Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - 12" Hub/Rotor - 6 on 5-1/2 - Dacromet - 5,200lbs to 6,000lbs # K2HR526D nor any other disc brake option we currently offer are going to be compatible with your 4,400lb axles. They would not fit the spindle or match the bolt pattern of the brake flange.
If you wanted to switch to disc brakes you would need to replace the axles as well. If you want to go this route then you can reply back with the dimensions of your current axles or if possible send in a picture of the tag on the axle that has the serial numbers printed on it so I can look up the dimensions for a correct replacement.
Another option that would allow you to use disc brakes would be the Timbren Axle-Less Suspension - Spindle Only - Regular Tires - 5200lbs # ASR5200S01. These would replace your current axles and offer you a much smoother ride due to its AEON progressive-rate main springs that absorb road shock and support the trailer's load.
If you would rather not replace the axles and keep the drum brake setup but still need replacements you can use the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3.5K Axles - 10" - 6 on 5-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKHD-655-35-EZ-K and the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 3,500lbs # AKEBRK-35-SA.
