How much ground clearance do I loose?

To determine the ground clearance with Curt front mount receiver # C31012 installed on your 2007 Chevy Suburban you will need to take some measurements. At the very front of the vehicle at the bottom of the front fascia measure down 1 inch. This is approximately where the bottom of the receiver will be once installed.
Measure from the ground to this point to determine ground clearance. You should only be loosing an inch or so. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.
