Will the Yakima HangOut 3 Bike trunk Mounted Rack Fit a 2012 Scion tC Without a Spoiler

I just recently purchased a 2012 Scion tC and need a bike rack for when I move across the country to Chicago. I've done some research and keep coming back to this one, but I'm hesitant to purchase because I haven't found solid evidence that it'll fit on my car. Could you help let me know whatever information you can about whether or not his bike rack is a good match? If not, then what would you recommend?

This bike rack has a carrying capacity of 3 bikes, and a weight limit of 90 pounds total. Please be aware that the weight of the carrier and both of the bikes on the carrier will exert some force on your Scion tC trunk, so use caution when driving, especially on rough roads. The weight of the carrier and bikes can sometimes deform the trunk lids.
