I am considering a 2022 Telluride and installing a Class III - 2inch - C13420 hitch. What would I also need to install to connect to my 5-pole trailer wiring?

To connect to the 5-way of your trailer with your 2022 Kia Telluride the first thing you'd need is a 4-way like the # CU94FR that you referenced which is a confirmed fit. Then you'd need to convert it to a 5-way with the adapter # 20036 which basically just plugs into the 4-way and then gives you the extra pin to wire to the reverse lights of your vehicle.

This will work great with the Curt Class III # C13420 that fits your vehicle.
