Will Replacement Spring Bars for Blue Ox SwayPro # BXW4005 Fit Older Weight Distribution Hitch
Question:
Ive noticed that the newer bars use a pin that goes all the way through the bar to secure them to the hitch itself. The older bar style like the ones I own have a blind hole that a spring loaded pin fits into when you them into the hitch. I need to upgrade to stiffer bars and want to know it the newer style bars are compatible with my older hitch. Thanks

I spoke to my contact at Blue Ox, he confirmed that the Replacement Spring Bars for Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution System - 550 lbs TW # BXW4005 will be compatible with the old style head and will work with the style that had the locking pin.
