Recommended Timbren Suspension System For An Aluminum Trailer Up To 1,200LBS

Question:

I am interested in the Timbren axles-less trailer suspension system. I have a small overland style camper built on an aluminum trailer. Fully loaded it probably weighs less than 1100#. I have your AM10130 tires and lh45fr wheels on the trailer. My goal is to get less bounce when on dirt pothole roads as well as more clearance underneath. Would the Tembren be a good solution and if so which ones would you suggest that would also work with my wheels? Thanks

The Timbren Axle-Less suspension is a great solution for improving the suspension on your aluminum trailer. I have a kit for you to consider.

The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # ASR1200S02 is rated for 1,200lbs. This system will give you a distance of 4-7/8" from the trailer frame to the hub face. It is 2-5/8" from the bottom of the frame to the center of the spindle when mounted. These measurements will need to be considered to ensure that your Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Trailer # AM10130 and 12" X 4" Aluminum Lynx Wheel w/ 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern # LH45FR has enough clearance to fit in your fenders. You will need 2 of the Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly's # AKIHUB-545-2-G-EZ-2K to complete the axle system.
