For your 2021 Chrysler Town and Country I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98854. This 2" class III receiver has a matte black powder coat finish that will better blend with the fascia panels on your Chrysler making it appear to be a factory receiver. The 2" receiver will open up the amount of bike racks that you can use with your Chrysler. Since you are looking at bike racks the measurements that you want to know is the hitch pin to bumper measurement of 4" and the height to the top of the receiver at 14". These are important to ensure you have the clearance necessary for your bike rack. These are the measurements we had when we installed this on a 2019 Grand Caravan so your measurements could vary slightly.

For the wiring you will need the Curt Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56331 to use with the Auxiliary Lights # C53201 or other light kit your bike rack may have. This 4-way flat connector will also work with small trailers if you will need to pull a trailer.

If you plan on pulling larger trailers like a small travel trailer in the future you will want to install the Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness w Brake Controller Adapter # ETBC7 so that you won't have to change it out later. This will give you a 7-way connector that will fit larger trailers that require an electric brake controller. For a brake controller I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195

For a bike rack I recommend the Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # NV22G. This rack will allow for your to carry 2 bikes up to 60lbs each with 25"-29" wheels. A repair stand is built into the rack in the event you need to preform a repair while you are out. You can also add the 2-Bike Add-On # NA22G in the event you need to carry more than 2 bikes. This will allow for an additional 2 bikes up to 40lbs each.
