The custom brackets in this kit will use the factory holes in your frame to greatly decrease the installation time. All required hardware to install this kit is included and since these rails are industry standard they will also work other hitches by Curt or with other brands like Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Husky, Reese, and Valley.
