I am able to get you setup with something that will work for you. Based on my research and after speaking with a representative from Dexter I was able to get some information about your existing axle. The specs for your axle are as follows:

rated for 3,500 lbs
hub face length of 85"
4" drop spindle
spring center 70".

We do not offer a direct replacement for this axle. The Dexter axle that is closest to what you need is the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam w/ Idler Hubs - 4" Drop - E-Z Lube - 5 on 4-1/2 - 89" Long - 3.5K, part # 8327812-I. This axle has a slightly bigger hub face and it has a longer center to center measurement. I do have a solution for you. The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - 4" Drop Spindle Only - 3,500 lbs, part # ASR3500S04, is a spindle only configuration that is rated for 3,500 lbs. It has the 4" drop you need and you can pair them with the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 5 on 4-1/2, part # 84545UC1-EZ. This assembly comes with the inner and outer races and the bearings.

I have included product description links, an installation video,of the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System, and a video review link below.
