I always recommend either a sliding hitch or rotating pin box for any beds under 8' to help prevent the nose of your 5th wheel from coming into contact with the cab of your truck. Also, this particular hitch is designed for a Chevy/GMC puck system so it wouldn't be compatible with your 2022 Ram 3500.

Instead I recommend the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider for Ram Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 20K # BWRVK3670 which is designed for the Ram puck system and will drop right in for a super simple install. This hitch has 12" of travel to provide more turning clearance during tight turns and will drop right into the Ram puck system.
