By far, the most popular 5th-wheel hitch for your 2022 Ford F-350 (long bed with OEM prep) is the B&W Companion # BWRVK3305 (25k) and the # BWRVK3300 (20k). The Companion hitch is 100% U.S.A. made and includes 3 different height settings for your trailer leveling needs. Another benefit is that the Companion does not require an additional adaptor like some other hitches for your vehicle.
