The Curt hitch is compatible with all Telluride models and comes with all mounting hardware required for a bolt-on installation. As far as weight capacity, the hitch has a 750 pound maximum tongue weight and a 5,000 pound gross towing rating. In order to confirm whether your vehicle can accommodate this much weight, I recommend confirming your vehicle's weight capacity with you owner's manual.
In addition to the hitch, if you are planning to tow a small trailer, you will need a ball mount and ball like what is included in the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches - 2" Ball # C45534.
