As long as there's room next to the Yakima Offgrid part # Y07138 on your crossbars you could install the SlimShady part # Y96VR but there isn't an awning that would attach directly to the basket.

No you can not use the long ends to mount the platform. The platform #RR82TB can only be mounted to the legs using the underside crossbars. There is no other spot on the platform that can accept legs.
