I do have some good options for you, but we do not have a steering stabilizer available for this chassis. For front end suspension enhancements, I suggest the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs, # SSF-106-47. The SumoSprings provide progressive load control, the more you load them the stiffer they become. With a lighter load, the springs will compress easily for soft engagement and a less bumpy ride.
The best option for a rear anti-sway bar for your 2016 Winnebago Navion Motorhome built on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 chassis, is the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar, # RM-1209-131. This Roadmaster anti-sway bar is made of 4140 chromoly which is considerably harder and stronger than the standard 1020 steel commonly used in OEM installed components. In addition, this has a larger diameter that also increases its torsional roll stiffness along with polyurethane bushings and grommets. The effectiveness of anti-sway bars is the diameter and quality of the steel they are constructed from. Roadmaster claims that for every 1/8" increase in diameter there is roughly a 30% increase in torsional resistance (body roll). The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar, # RM-1209-131 has a diameter of 1-1/2".
