Roof Rack Recommendation for 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 to Use With Load Extender
Question:
I have an Ericcson big bed extender Jr. on a 2014 Chev Crew cab 1500. I would like to carry kayaks from the cab to the extender in raised position to clear a cap. What do you recommend for the cab? I currently have no rack on the truck.

Since you're planning on using the Erickson Big Bed Junior Load Extender # EM07605 to hold one end of your kayaks you'll just need a single bar on the cab of your 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500, and for that you need the following parts:
59" Vortex Aero Crossbar - # RRVA150B
2500 Series Legs - # RRRLKVAH
Fit Kit - # DK377H
If you'd rather have a full roof rack setup so you can get full use out of it without the load extender then you'll need the following parts:
59" Vortex Aero Crossbars - # RRVA150B-2
