For a 205/75-14 tire, a load range D tire such as the Kenda # AM10235 would typically be inflated to 75 psi. A 205/75-14 tire in load range D will have a 2200 lbs per tire/4400 lbs per axle weight capacity, so you'll want to make sure the loaded up and ready to tow trailer weighs less than the combined tire capacity.

Rather than what the RV specs say, I'd recommend following the recommendations of the tire manufacturer, and keeping the tires inflated to the maximum pressure listed on the tire's sidewall. The tire's load bearing capacity is stated at a given air pressure. If that pressure is reduced, so is the tire's capacity. Since most trailer tire manufacturers do not test load rating at lower pressures, running the tire at a lesser pressure means you'll have an unknown capacity which could prove to be dangerous.

I'll link to our series of help articles that contain tons of info on trailer wheels and tires.
