Best Hitch and Bike Rack for 2 E-Bikes on a 2021 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid

We just got a 2021 Rav4 hybrid so we are looking for a hitch and the best rack to carry our electric bikes. Looking for something easy to use and easy on the eyes. If I have to pay a little more for a higher quality product, that's understandable. Your selection is massive so I don't even know where to begin. Any help is appreciated.
