Troubleshooting Trailer Stop/Turn Circuits Not Active with ZCI Kit 119250KIT

Question:

I have a tekonsha ZCI #119250/ 119251 I have less than a year with it after install I got my trailer register and inspected check all lights work properly but now i figure that stop working less than a year that I tried to use my trailer any advise I get just the lights on but no turning or break lights, I check with tester and no signals are blinking voltaje is 14.8 volts on tester I have a bmw i3 2017

First thing to check is to make sure the ground of the # 119250KIT is connected to a clean metal surface. It's possible the ground is weaker now and the brighter circuits of the stop/turn circuits just can't pull enough amperage to power. Since both stoplight and blinker circuits aren't working this is what I think is the most likely issue.
