are these straps adjustable, the ones i have on now are, but the one plastic clip broke

No, the Replacement Safety Straps for TruXedo Lo Pro and TruXedo Deuce Soft Roll-up Tonneau Cover # TX1118185 is not adjustable, the straps are sewn on either end of itself.
I spoke with TruXedo and they confirmed that they do not carry an adjustable safety strap either.
