What you need to look for will be power and the amount of lift. With your trailer weighing 7,621 pounds, you are looking at a tongue weight of 762 pounds to 1,100 pounds.
With that being said, the Stromberg Carlson Electric A-Frame Tongue Jack # JET-2500 having a capacity of 2,500 pounds, it will definitely be a good option. However, this also will only have 18" of lift (or 27" from the bracket when fully extended), so you will need to make sure this will lift the coupler off the ball on your truck. This is fairly standard though, so this will be the jack I recommend for your trailer.
