Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for 2022 Ford F-250 4x4 That Doesn't Hurt Ride Quality

I want to reduce sag on my 2022 Ford F-250 4x4 when I hook up to my trailer but I also don't want a really rough ride

I do have an option for you but in order to prevent sag/squat you need to stiffen the suspension and stiffening the suspension will make the ride rougher. It is a trade-off of providing extra support so you don't run into issues with braking, stability, headlight aim, etc. That said, the best suspension enhancement option with ride quality in mind are air bags as you can adjust the pressure for any given load for the best mix between support and comfort possible. I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL23FJ which can easily be adjusted in-cab using an air compressor system like the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System part # AL58WQ.
