I have a companion hitch that was used in a Ford fifth wheel rail kit that I want to use in the OEM rail kit of my 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500. Is there a way to adapt the hitch?

Yes you can swap the head from your Companion hitch for the Ford OEM rail kit # BWRVK3300 to the GM rail kit Companion base part # BWRVB3710 and you'd basically have the # BWRVK3710 which is the correct Companion for your truck.
