Although the SumoSprings # SSR-117-47 aren't a fit for your 2021 Ford F150, there are options available for your truck.

If you prefer a jounce bumper replacement style helper spring, the Timbren # TFR1504E Aeon spring system would work well for you.

The nice thing about a jounce replacement is that there's a 1 to 1-1/2 inch preload on the springs, so unless you're towing or carrying cargo in the truck bed, the helper springs won't come into play until the rear suspension is compressed to a degree. This preserves the ride quality when you're unloaded but provides extra support when you're hauling or towing.

If you'd prefer a helper spring option that's active all the time, an air helper spring setup would be what I'd recommend. I'd recommend the AirLift # AL47PD, which is compatible with your truck. It also works with in-bed hitches, in case you decide to 5th wheel or gooseneck tow in the future. An air helper system works great because you can tailor the amount of support according to the load your hauling or the tongue weight of pin weight of the trailer you're pulling.

An on-board compressor system like the AirLift # AL25651 would be a helpful addition that would let you add or remove pressure from the air helper spring system while you're on the move, without needing to stop at the gas station to use their compressor.

I've linked to some videos that you might find helpful.
