We have a couple options for tire chains on your 2018 Toyota Highlander with the 245/55-19 tires. Though we do not have something like the Konig Premium - K-Summit Chains # TH02230K33 available for your tire size, these will still offer good traction and quality and are both highly recommended.
First is the Konig Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - D Link - XG12 Pro # TH2004705255. Once these are connected, you just drive off and they will tighten down securely onto your tire, so it is easier than standard chains. However, these are on the pricier side.
Next will be the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Square Link # TC2324. These are a similar design, but will not be self adjusting. These will be a little less robust, but will be less expensive and will still offer good traction when needed.
Whichever way you decide to go, I highly recommend doing a dry fit once you receive them. Even self adjusting chains can be a bit of a pain to install and having a little practice under your belt definitely makes it a lot easier if you do end up needing to use them.
