Parts Needed to Flat Tow 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan

Can you flat tow a 2000 dodge caravan a short distance 10 to 15 miles if you can start it every so often to lube it?

Due to the age of your 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan I can't find an online version of your owners manual to verify if it can be flat towed but if you check yours it would be listed under the towing section.
We do have the parts you'd need though with the base plate # 242-2, the tow bar # RM-520, lighting/safety chains # RM-9243-1, and braking # BLU37TR.
