Best Air Bag Kit and Compressor for 2022 Ford F-350 Towing 19k Toy Hauler

Question:

I have a few questions. 1. We will be towing a 42foot toy hauler weighing approx 19,000lbs when loaded. I believe the hitch weight to be around 4,500lbs or so. This causes me to believe that a 7,500# Air Bag would be best. Do you agree? 2. Air Lift or Firestone Ride Rite Red Label? I watched your videos on both. The Firestone mounting brackets seem to be a bit heavier and perhaps, a bit more durable. I believe my truck would require either: Air Lift #AL86KV at or Firestone #F42ZR . What is your opinion on the quality and durability these two kits? 3. I would like an onboard compressor and in-cab controls/pressure gauges. Im a bit old school and although I have an iPhone 11, I prefer not to control the compressor via smartphone. I would prefer to have the controls to be hardwired and not remote control blue tooth. What would you suggest for this?

I would recommend the higher rated air bag kits like you mentioned for your 2022 Ford F-350 since you would be towing a heavier toy hauler.

Now between the Firestone and Air Lift brands of kits the Firestone bags are a little higher quality and the brackets like you noticed are made a little more heavy duty as well. So for that I'd recommend the # F95FV.

For a manual gauge compressor kit the part # F2219 would be your best option as it comes with a heavy duty compressor that will inflate the bags quicker and has manual gauges like you are wanting as well.
