The trailer hitch I recommend for a 2021 Honda CR-V Touring Hybrid is the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98848 which offers a bolt-on fit with no drilling or welding required for install. It has a 2" receiver tube opening which will be great for towing or hitch mounted accessories. We have heard that the hands free liftgate feature is still operational with the hitch in place but slightly limited, there is a relocation bracket you can get from the dealer if you want the system to work more precisely.

If you'll be towing a trailer then you'll also need a trailer wiring harness, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118741 which is plug and play. To finish you need a ball mount/hitch ball, the etrailer Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches part # 989900 is a great kit with options for multiple trailers.
