I have a great hitch for your 2022 Toyota Prius and it will great with your Freedom EX2 bike rack. I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # C11473. This is a custom fit class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver. It has a 200 lbs tongue weight which will be more than enough capacity to haul two 60 lbs bikes.
