The Brophy Camper Hold Downs, # HSSF, are a universal fit item that were designed to fit many different trucks, including your 2012 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Long Bed.
We have not had the chance to test fit these hold downs on a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD long bed at our facility yet, but we have successfully installed these hold downs on previous generations of GM trucks. We have also had customers install these hold downs on GM trucks that have the same body style as yours without issue. I have attached a photo that one of our customers submitted for you to check out.
The only fit issues that the manufacturer lists with these hold downs are some import trucks, dually beds and trucks with step side or double-wall beds.
In addition to these hold downs, you may also want to use the Camper Tie-Down Hardware Package, # TDHP. This kit includes hooks, turn buckles and chains to secure your camper to the hold downs. The maximum weight capacity of the hardware package is 3,000 lbs.
