For your 2019 Ford Ranger 4X4 I recommend the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-524459-5. This will allow you to use their Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522. This tow bar is easier to use than most as it will not bind up when you are trying to disconnect from your 2019 Thor Outlaw.

The RoadMaster Falcon All-Terrain Combo Towing Kit # RM-9243-1 provides you with the locks, carry bags, storage covers and electrical components you need to tow your Ranger. The safety cables and electrical cable will safely sit inside the channels on the tow bars to protect them from road debris. The wiring for your tail lights on your Ranger is also included. You will need to wire in the included diodes onto your Ranger to ensure that power does not back-feed through the Ranger and cause damage to the Ranger.

For braking I recommend the Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251 as the best option. It is permanently mounted in your engine compartment and only requires you to flip a switch inside your cab to turn on the system. This is designed to work with motorhomes like your Outlaw that have hydraulic brakes. It is proportional and requires input from the brake lights on your coach and the inertia of stopping before it activates the brakes on your Ranger. This will prevent the Ranger from false braking and running into the issue of trying to stop your Outlaw. You will want to install the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25 since the braking system uses power from your Ranger's battery to operate. The charge line will ensure that your battery is kept charged while you are towing.
