Can these be installed using the stake pockets on a truck bed?

There isn't a direct way to attach the Rhino Rack RTC Tracks part # RTC14 to stake pockets. To install these on bed rails you'd have to drill into the tops of the bed rails. Or if you get me your truck's year/make/model and bed length I could recommend a tonneau cover that has a set of tracks designed for attaching accessories to.

Rhino Rack actually has a kit designed specifically for fitting the tracks of a RetraxPro XR ladder rack with the part number #RRVA180B-RRRLT600. This kit includes the feet you mentioned #RRRLT600 which fits the tonneau.

I reached out to my contact at Rhino-Rack and she reported that the Rhino-Rack #RRRLT600 legs will fit into RTC tonneau cover channels. Then you will need the Rhino-Rack #RRVA180B cross bars to fit into those legs.
