The Timbren Suspension Enhancement System # TFR250SDJ you were looking at for your 2022 Ford F-250 measure in at 6-7/8" tall as shown in the included diagram.

This kit provides 8,600lbs of load leveling support to your rear suspension as you mentioned, and will install with a 1/2" - 1-1/2" gap between the spring and axle that way you do not have an overly stiff unloaded ride.
