Recommended Suspension Enhancement For 2022 Ford F-350 Towing 5th Wheel Trailer

I am towing a heavy 5th wheel trailer with my new 2022 Ford F-350 4WD and am wanting to add rear suspension enhancement to help out the factory suspension. Which option would you recommend?

For your 2022 Ford F-350 4WD I recommend going with air helper springs as they will provide the best support for the hitch weight of your 5th wheel trailer.

I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label # F95FV as they give up to 7,500lbs of load leveling support which is perfect for giving the factory suspensions on your truck some extra support while towing your heavy 5th wheel trailer. This kit as adjustable between 5 - 150 PSI so you can get the exact support your setup needs while not affecting the unloaded ride quality of your truck.

To keep from having to manually inflate the helper springs when you are to tow your trailer I recommend adding an on-board air compressor kit. I recommend the Firestone Air Command II # F2219 as it allows you to allow each helper spring individually to make it easy to level off center loads.
