can you tell me diameter outer of this roller in the center and at ends

At the narrowest spot in the center, the Yates Rubber # YR12000 Keel Roller is 2-1/4 inches in diameter. At the ends which is the thickest part of the roller, the diameter is 3-5/16 of an inch.
For a panel-style mounting bracket, use # CE10305G and for a roller shaft and pal nuts, use # CE10727A.
