For a great roof rack that will work with your Karrite Voyager on your 2017 Honda Fit with a bare roof, I recommend the following setup:

With this roof rack setup, you will be able to mount your Karrite Voyager carrier along with cargo up to 110 pounds. I recommend consulting with your owner's manual on your vehicle to make sure your roof can hold that much weight.
